MONDAY THE 22ND OF JANUARY
We had heavy storm over night and the wind and rain was unbelievable i thought at 2am my house is going to blow away and swift vicky who lives with me was terrified and was hiding in her blankets thankfully we got up to very little damage we needed meat all the waste had to go to the dump we been to the cash and carry all the main jog of the day was handslipping in Shelbourne park as normal all hounds were feed for lunchtime the traffic was good going to Dublin and going home. On this week greyhound star British performance of the week we had one hound on the list swift prank at perry barr.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER YESTERDAY AT THE VALLEY DUBAI KID.
Tuesday 23rd January:
Were doing Tuesday – Sundays journals on Sunday morning. On Tuesday we needed more meat. The whole day at the kennels was spent preparing hounds for schooling. We got a delivery of dog food, I went to the accountants with the VAT. The day went well.
Wednesday 24th January:
We got a delivery of paper bedding. We did a tidy up after the storm. We got all our waste away. We also had hounds that were sold leave for the UK with Ross Myles. The day went well.
Thursday 25th January:
The main job on Thursday was taking the photographs of our August and September 2022 saplings which took all day. We got the vans washed and got the tidy up finished.

Friday 26th January:
We needed food for pups. A brood had pups. Aidan McCallister brought broods back from Droopys stud that had been mated. We had more waste to take to the dump. We went to the Cash and Carry. The day went well.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS TONIGHT. AT ROMFORD – SWIFT MELLOW AND SUPA NOVA.
Saturday 27th January:
John O’Reilly was here checking hounds that are schooling. We did more preparation work with hounds to get them ready for schooling. We also needed more meat. Newcastle United beat Fulham in the FA cup so were through to the fourth round.

Sunday 28th January:
The main job today is adding the photos of our August and September 2022 saplings. We will tidy the website, do the paperwork. At the kennels we will cook, clean, feed and let hounds out of kennels. If we get all this done today we will have had a good day.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT: INCA GERRY AT DONCASTER. TONIGHT WE HAVE FOUR RUNNERS. AT CRAYFORD – SWIFT YURT. AT THE VALLEY – DUBAI KID. AT TOWCESTER – OLD FORT BEETEE AND MERLINS MATE.
