MONDAY THE 19TH OF AUGUST
A busy day as all our waste had to go to the dump all our paperwork had to be posted off we needed food for pups and we continued on doing the major swap around with pups saplings and kennel dogs . On this weeks greyhound star British performance of the week we have one hound on this weeks list Swift Loves at Yarmouth
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT CRAYFORD SWIFT TABERNACLE. TONIGHT WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS AT NOTTINGHAM SWIFT UNDERWATER , SWIFT JAFAR AND INCA GERRY .
TUESDAY THE 20TH OF AUGUST
A mix day of weather and the main job of the day is preparing hounds for schooling which will take all day , I have been to the vets for our weekly trip , we are going to do a tidy up around the yard
WEDNESDAY THE 21TH OF AUGUST
We continued on worming pups and cutting nails and we also started another endless job of hedge trimming we needed food for pups a trip the to cash and carry and we also did more galloping and hunting with hounds .
THURSDAY THE 22ND OF AUGUST
I was on the road early this morning to collect meat time i was away all the feeding was done kennels done waters changed everywhere ready for the main job today trialing in Kilkenny .
Friday 23rd August:
We had heavy rain overnight on Friday but when we started at 6am it was a lovely day. Its a lot colder in the mornings. We will be putting coats on the retired ladys and some of the young dogs overnight. Were cutting the hedges for the last time this year. We have several broods due to have pups so we’re swapping everything around. We also needed food for pups and a few more bits and pieces.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER TODAY AT ROMFORD: SWIFT UNITED.
Saturday 24th August:
We need all our waste away. We also need meat and more food for pups. Were going to continue on with the hedge cutting. Were also going to level the sand runs out all going well. Its the second weekend of the Premiership. Newcastle dont play until Sunday. All the work should get done as its a nice and dry morning.

Sunday 25th August:
Were doing Sundays journal on Saturday morning. It will be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean and feed, do all the paperwork, tidy the website and prepare for another busy week. The most important job will be watching Newcastle United on the TV.
