Monday 7th June:
We are doing Mondays journal on Tuesday afternoon it was a bank holiday and the weather was good. We galloped and prepared dogs for schooling it took all day and we also needed food for pups. The pubs opened in Monasterevin and you have to book in and they were all fully booked and one of the pubs is booked up till July thankfully I’m not drinking and the day went well.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE RUNNER AT NOTTINGHAM ZOOM STAR.
Tuesday 8th June:
Another nice day and a busy one, we needed supplies and I had to go to Red Mills as we ran out of bagged dog food. We gave pups their second injection, we hunted a few hounds did paper work and the day has gone well.
Wednesday 9th June:
Another nice morning but a little overcast, we have been to the Cash and Carry and met Ross Myles with hounds going to the UK the next job is trialling in Shelbourne Park as we do the journal at 12 o’clock every hound is fed, kennels cleaned, puppy sheds cleaned the water is done so the morning is gone well.
Thursday 10th June:
A busy morning so far and the weather is good. We have updated the dog for sale page, been to collect wood for boxes and beds for mother and pups, we have done the cooking, change the waters and our feeding up. We need our waste away, we need food for pups and we are preparing dogs for schooling.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT PERRY BARR TONIGHT SWIFT LAUNCH AND SWIFT GUARD.
Friday 11th June:
A nice cool morning and I don’t think we will get rain, we are cutting the grass in the rearing paddocks, we have a brood having pups all is going well, we need supplies. We needed a trip to the vets and we are all so going to hunt and gallop plus do a swap with pups if we get all this done we had a good day work wise.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT TOWCESTER IN THE DERBY SWIFT COPE TONIGHT.
Saturday 12th June:
We are doing Saturdays journal on Monday morning, we had supplies arrive from the UK and we also had supplies to collect. We did a massive clean of the puppy houses, we tidy up after getting the grass rearing paddocks cut.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD SWIFT COPE QUALIFIED FOR THE NEXT ROUND OF THE DERBY ON FRIDAY NIGHT. ON SATURDAY NIGHT WE HAD TWO RUNNERS CONEY WONDERLAND IN THE DERBY AT TOWCESTER AT CRAYFORD SWIFT JAGUAR.
Sunday 13th June:
We are doing Sundays journal on Monday morning. Sunday was the hottest day of the year and the main job was keeping dogs cool and making sure they have plenty of water all we could do was clean kennels, cook and feed owing to the heat.
