Sunday 1st August:
Its an overcast morning and it looks like we will get rain. Its a Bank Holiday weekend in Ireland. It will be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let hounds out of kennels. We have John O’Reilly coming to check dogs that are schooling. We will tidy the website up, do a bit of paperwork and that will be as much as we can do today. On a personal note its 18 month since I’ve had a drink and I’ve never felt as good. I also weighed myself yesterday and I have lost a bit of weight but I have a long way to go in that department. My head lad Padgie had a bout of sickness but is much better today. Padgie hasnt had a drink for over four years. My second right hand man Miroush has also not had a drink for 12 month. Were all becoming real pioneers.
