Monday 1st January:
THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS OPEN TODAY AND EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR.
WE WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL OF THE GREYHOUND INDUSTRY A VERY HAPPY, LUCKY, HEALTHY AND INJURY FREE YEAR. WE ARE GOING TO DO THE SAME TODAY AS WE DID ON CHRISTMAS DAY. WE WILL START VERY EARLY, COOK, CLEAN AND FEED. WE WILL FINISH BEFORE LUNCH, GO FOR DINNER AND COME BACK IN THE EVENING TO LET ALL HOUNDS OUT OF THE KENNELS AND FEED THE YOUNG PUPS.

TUESDAY 2ND OF JANUARY
Another wet and windy day, the rain has not stop all day and we were fed up for 12 o’clock for the main job of today trailing in Shelbourne park. Before I went to Dublin I had to go to red mills as we had no racer left plus a trip to the vets and the cash and carry. On this weeks greyhound star British performance of the week we have two hounds on the list Swift silly at Newcastle and Swift prank at Perry Barr. Newcastle united were rubbish last night again
Wednesday 3rd January:
The rain finally stopped and the whole week has been dry from Wednesday onwards. We needed meat and we started getting stocked back up after the Christmas and New Year break. We had hounds leave for the UK with Ross Myles. A big thanks to Darren who works for Ross as he collected them from the yard once again. We only had one van as the 2019 van broke a front spring. Padgie started another major swap around with pups and hounds and the day went well.
Thursday 4th January:
We needed all our waste away. I did the weekly run to the vets to collect supplies. We needed food for pups, timber to make boxes and beds for mothers to pup down in. We wormed and injected pups.
Friday 5th January:
I had to collect the parts for the 2019 van and go for meat. We continued on with the swap around of pups. We started making boxes and beds. I collected Swift Magnetic who has been mated to The Other Kobe. The day went well.

Saturday 6th January:
We got a delivery of Red Mills and Time dog food and a delivery of paper bedding to keep us going until we get an artic load. The big news Newcastle United beat Sunderland 3-0. Another pup to watch out for at Newcastle is Swift Because who won his first race very impressively for a green pup.

Sunday 7th January:
A very cold and frosty morning. A typical Sunday where we tidy the website, do all the paperwork. With the cold weather we are also changing all the beds in all kennels and sheds.
