Monday 12th July:
A dry morning and the forecast is good. The main jobs today is preparing dogs for schooling and trialling in Shelbourne Park. We need food pups from the supermarket, supplies and that will be as much as we can do today. England were unlucky in the football last night but a great achievement to get to the final. We have nearly got the vat done and we have nearly all the gardening and all the tidying up done. On the greyhound star British performance of the week we have one hound on it this week Churchill holly at Nottingham

Tuesday 13th July:
A overcast morning, we have a hound going to the vet for small operation, we need supplies all our waste needs to go to the dump and we need food for pups.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE WINNER CHURCHILL HOLLY AT NOTTINGHAM AND ONE RUNNER POTENT TOUCH AT TOWCESTER TONIGHT.
Wednesday 14th July:
Another overcast day and been a busy morning so far, we had to meet Ross Myles as we have hounds going to the UK that are sold with Ross and Pat O’Hare. I got my second Covid injection at 9 o’clock this morning, we need our waste away letters to post paper work to do and we will probably gallop a few hounds.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT NEWCASTLE TONIGHT SWIFT SENSIBLE AND SWIFT BINDING.
Thursday 15th July:
Another overcast day with no chance of rain. The main job of today is collecting supplies and preparing dogs for schooling. We have broods in season and the sales department has been very busy, thanks to everybody who bought a hound this week. We have all our list to do for Shelbourne Park on Monday and the vet.
Friday 16th July:
The heat wave starts today in Southern Ireland so dogs will have to be watched and we will also have to make sure they have plenty of water which will have be changed 3 or 4 times today. We are worming and injecting the pups and we have dog food coming from O’Neills, we need our waste away and I must get shopping for myself as is not a thing in my hause to eat I spend half of the day in bed yesterday after my injection but thankfully I’m a lot better today.

Saturday 17th July:
Were doing Saturdays journal on Sunday morning. It was red hot all day yesterday. We had supplies to collect and it was a day for watching pups with the heat, changing water, cooking, cleaning and feeding as we couldn’t do much more.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD WINNER AT ROMFORD LAST NIGHT RAILS MCCOY. TONIGHT WE HAVE ONE RUNNER AT HOVE SWIFT JAGUAR.
Sunday 18th July:
Its going to be another red hot day but not as hot as yesterday if the forecast is correct. Were going to finish the Vat, tidy the website and other than that it will be a day like Saturday where we cook, clean, feed, change water and monitor dogs and pups with the heat. Padgie and Miroush get their injection this morning and it has taken me until today to get pulled together after my vaccine on Wednesday.
