Monday 9th September:
It has been a wet start to the day and we had loads of rain overnight but thankfully it has now stopped as we are going to gallop hounds which will be the main job today. We have our waste to go away, paperwork to finish and supplies to collect which will have to be packed away. That as much we can do today along with the everyday jobs of cooking, cleaning, feeding and letting dogs out that are kennelled up. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN TE UK WE HAVE THREE RUNNERS TONIGHT. AT YARMOUTH BRAMBLE MILBURN. AT DONCASTER SWIFT GALLOWAY AND HAGGSWOOD RIVER.
Tuesday 10th September:
We are doing the journal at 5:30 in the evening as it has been a hectic day. We got all our waste away, we have been to the vets, cash & carry and the supermarket to get food for pups. At the kennels they hunted pups, bagged straw and did the everyday jobs of cooking, cleaning, feeding and letting hounds out that are kennelled up. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS TONIGHT AT SHEFFIELD CONEY SABELLA AND CONEY KUCCINI.
Wednesday 11th September:
A nice start to the morning and plenty to do today. We are going to do a small swap around in the kennels, the outside runs need to be levelled out, paperwork to catch up on and if we have time we may hunt a few pups. Swift eva is having one of her goods days which is also good to see. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER AT SHEFFIELD LAST NIGHT CONEY KUCCINI. TONIGHT WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS, AT SWINDON SWIFT GABRIEL AND AT HARLOW POINTLESS PRAISE.
Thursday 12th September:
Its an overcast morning but ideal for trialling at newbridge which is the main job of the day. I need a trip to the accountants and incredible I will be completely caught up with paperwork. We will also do a swap around with hounds in kennels.
Friday 13th September:
We are doing yesterdays journal today as we never got a chance yesterday. We had a brood have her pups all day and all went well, mother and pups doing brilliant. We had broods to drop off to be mated and we had a trip to newbridge to get hounds marked up. At the kennels we done the every day jobs of cooking, cleaning, feeding and letting dogs out that are kennelled up, we also hunted pups and gave the yard a big tidy up. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD THREE RUNNERS. AT CENTRAL PARK MEGAPOPS AND JILLYPOPS, AT ROMFORD BRITANNIA WILL.
Saturday 14th September:
It has been a very busy morning as we had a big delivery come from England which had to be packed away and took up most of the morning. At the kennels we will be galloping hounds, changing beds, straw to collect, straw to bag and garage to tidy. We have bits and pieces of paperwork to do. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE EIGHT RUNNERS. AT CRAYFORD SWIFT LIBBY AND SWIFT LOKI, AT MONMORE NORMANDSLAND FLYER, AT YARMOUTH COLLSWOOD, BRAMBLE MILBURN, SWIFT ONYX, SWIFT TARQUIN AND SWIFT BULLET.
Sunday 15th September:
Its going to rain for the day and its a typical sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let hounds out that are kennelled up six times a day. We have bits and pieces of paperwork to do and to plan out another very busy week. The plan this week is to get caught up with everything. The sales department has been busy and thanks to everyone who bought a hound. ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER AT CRAYFORD SWIFT LIBBY.
