MONDAY THE 9TH OF DECEMBER
A cold , dry morning and thankfully the storm has gone . We need meat and we are trialing in Shelbourne park they are the two main jobs today . We will continue tiding up after the storm . We have broods come back home after there have been mated . We have the vet coming to do the passports .
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT AT CRAYFORD TRINITY BELLA. TONIGHT WE HAVE TWO RUNNERS AT NOTTINGHAM PHEONIX POSH AND SWIFT VACCINE.
TUESDAY THE 10TH OF DECEMBER
The forecast is for frost but it is going to be dry the plans are the put the gallop right after the storm as there is twigs and branches everywhere . We have a load of bits and pieces to collect and we will also continue on tiding up around the place . I have a couple of hounds to deliver that are sold and if the day goes well I will collect meat , tripe and chicken as well.
WEDNESDAY THE 11TH OF DECEMBER
We had heavy frost and i did the weekly run to the vets . We got the work on the gallop finished . We had hounds going to the UK but the ferries haven’t sailed for Holyhead since last Saturday and there is a waiting list from Rosslare and there are also running 5 hours behind so the hounds are now going out that are sold on Friday to be delivered Saturday . We have a delivery of paper bedding held up as well .
THURSDAY THE 12TH OF DECEMBER
Another cold day but it was dry with no frost the main job of today was trialing in Kilkenny so we had to be fed up early . I got all our waste away , placed the last of our orders for our supplies for the Christmas all the paper work is posted off and all the work lists are made.

FRIDAY THE 13TH OF DECEMBER
A cold dry day and the day has went well . We needed meat so that had to be collect . We had hounds that were sold going to the UK with Ross Myles . We got a delivery of time dog food . I was back at the vets . We got the vans washed and got the garages tidied up and planned out a busy weekend .
SATURDAY THE 14TH OF DECEMBER
Its been overcast and cold all day. We had John O’Reilly here checking hounds. We got a delivery of Red Mills dog food to get us over the Christmas. More hounds that are sold have left for the UK. We got up to date with all the paperwork. We have tidied the website up. We also started doing a massive swap around with kennel dogs, saplings from the garden paddock, saplings from the rearing paddock and pups moved from the pupping down shed into the rearing paddock.

SUNDAY THE 15TH OF DECEMBER
It is a cold but dry morning , we got the last of the swapping around done with pups , saplings and kennel dogs. The sales department had a busy week so thanks to everybody that bought a hound and Newcastle united played fantastic against Leicester city yesterday.
