MONDAY THE 4TH OF MARCH
A mixed day of weather and my head lad pagie is back to work after his break the main job today was trailing in Shelbourne park so we had to be fed up early. I was at the vets in Cashel collecting supplies as well Ross Myles has taking hounds to the UK that we’re sold to their new owners and I also delivered a hound myself on the the way to Cashel that was sold. The traffic was good going to Dublin and coming back home today from Shelbourne park
ON THE OPEN RACES SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE ONE RUNNER TONIGHT AT NOTTINGHAM SWIFT VACCINE.
Tuesday 5th March:
The first job on Tuesday was to collect meat. The weather has been good this week so we continued on levelling out the paddocks in the sand run. We prepared more hounds for schooling.
Wednesday 6th March:
We needed food for pups, all our waste had to be taken to the dump, we did maintenance work and prepared more hounds for schooling.
Thursday 7th March:
We got an artic load of paper bedding from the UK. It all had to be packed away. I dropped off paperwork at the accountant and we changed all the beds everywhere.
Friday 8th March:
Friday was another day where we prepared more hounds for schooling which took all day. We continued on levelling the sand runs. We had the weekly trip to the vets. We also continued on with the maintenance work which is never ending.

Saturday 9th March:
The good weather continued on Saturday so we did a tidy up. We have a brood who is having pups so she had to be monitored. We had a problem with the electricity but thankfully we got an electrician straight away. The septic tanks had to be emptied. It was four years today since I had a drink. I don’t miss it one bit.

Sunday 10th March:
Its an overcast day but we have plenty to do. As normal we will do all the paperwork and tidy the website. The lady who is having her pups has had eleven so they will have to be monitored. Were going to take photos of hounds that are on the dogs for sale page and add them to greyhound data. We also have a load of maintenance work to do.
