MONDAY 21ST OF AUGUST
Its going to be a day of mixed weather the main job today is trailing in Shelbourne park. We need all our waste away bits and pieces at the cash and carry a trip to the vets to get passport finished so the hounds that are sold can travel to the UK we have to be fed up early as we be on the road at lunchtime on the way to Shelbourne park

TUESDAY 22ST OF AUGUST
A nice day and we have gotten a load of work done, we finished off levelling the sand paddocks, we got the whole place tidied up, the small gardens all weeded, I was at the vets getting passports updated, we had hounds leave with Michael Flynn that are sold, we got all the septic tanks emptied and this is on top of the everyday jobs.

WEDNESDAY 23TH OF AUGUST
We are doing Wednesday journal on Friday morning, it was a busy day as we had broods having pups, all went well, the pups were all big and healthy, we needed meat and food for pups, we got a delivery of food from kasco, we just about got all the tidying up done.
THURSDAY 24TH OF AUGUST
The whole day was spent preparing hounds for schooling, on Monday in Shelbourne Park and it all went well and the weathers been good all week, we also had to get all the waste away started swapping hounds around from rear end paddocks to garden runs and from putting down sheds to rearing paddocks.

FRIDAY 25TH OF AUGUST
We need a load of bits and pieces from the hardware, supermarket and the horse shop, we are continuing with the swap around with hounds, we are worming hounds and doing them for ticks and fleas.

SATURDAY 26TH OF AUGUST
Not a bad day so far weather wise, as we do the journal at 1:30 pm on Saturday afternoon, the days gone well, as we started early preparing hounds for schooling on Monday, we had an artic load of paper bedding to unload which arrived at 10pm, it’s now all packed away and to top a good morning off, we had first and second in the guys and dolls final at Crayford, swift daisy beaten her litter sister swift Delilah, we need food for pups, a small tidy up and I’ll be finished up at ten to three to watch the soccer.

WE HAVE EGITH RUNNERS TONIGHT AT CRAYFORD IN THE GUYS AND DOLLS FINAL SWIFT DAISY AND SWIFT DELILAH ALSO AT CRAYFORD SWIFT DANIAL , SWIFT JOCK AND SWIFT QUINCEY . AT OXFORD BRISK BONE , SWIFT TAMANNA AND SWIFT TANIA.
SUNDAY 27TH OF AUGUST
Its a nice morning. Padgie has the day off but we’re well organised. It will be a typical Sunday where we cook, clean, feed and let hounds out of kennels, tidy the website up and do paperwork. Newcastle United play Liverpool at 4:30pm so I will be watching the game. I think we will win 2 or 3 nil. Before the game starts we will have the vans washed and everything ready for Monday as it will be a busy day with 30 hounds for trials and handslips at Shelbourne Park. What a success story Swift Daisy is (This years Guys and Dolls winner). She showed loads of ability when we were schooling her at Shelbourne but she was a bad traveller, but I knew the travelling would come right with time. She started A10 at Romford and took three races to win one. She progressed to A4 at Romford before moving to Crayford at A4. She has gone from strength to strength. Well done to everyone involved.
