MONDAY THE 17TH OF APRIL:
My stomachs getting better but not right so if you ring me and I don’t answer ill return the call at the kennels my head lad Padgie is running the show, but he’ll be well capable now since Hes been with me nearly 20 years now it was a typical Monday, we had everything fed kennels done as we had to leave a half twelve for Shelbourne Park and the day has gone well.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE 5 RUNNERS AT NOTTINGHAM DETORIT DIXIE, SWIFT FRANCLIN, MOHICAN ROSE, DETORIT MICKIE AND MARCIANOS PUNCH
TUESDAY THE 18TH OF APRIL:
A lovely day and the day has gone well, we needed meat which was as good as ever. At the kennels we continued on doing the swap around with pup’s, saplings and kennels dogs we changed beds wormed the pup’s saplings and kennel dogs as we did the swap also cut their nails, we have one full day left and will be completely finished with the swap around worming and nail cutting with every hound in Lughill kennels.
WEDNESDAY THE 19TH OF APRIL:
Summer looks like it’s here as it’s been a lovely day, we got all our waste away we’ve been to cash and carry and also got food for pups from the supermarket at the kennels we had to pack away all the meat I got yesterday we did a tidy up we have fences and runs to repair, and we also washed the vans.

THURSDAY THE 20TH OF APRIL:
Were doing Thursdays journal on Sunday afternoon. I was at the vets getting tonsils take out of Swift Racy. He’s like a brand new dog now. I collected food for pups and I went to the dump. At the kennels we did the last of the worming and nail cutting of pups.

FRIDAY THE 21ST OF APRIL:
I day tripped to England to collect J-Cloth. The traffic was horrendous in the UK. At the kennels we made boxes and beds for mothers and pups, we hunted pups and did a tidy up. The day went well.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAVE 4 RUNNERS AT ROMFORD MISS BIG PANTS, OLD FORT MONACO AND MONROES KISS AT SUNDERLAND SWIFT SILLY. WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT TIFFIELD TRAJAN.
SATURDAY THE 22ND OF APRIL:
I took the day off on Saturday to re-charge the batteries. Other than doing a bit of shopping for myself I never left the house. At the kennels we changed all the beds, washed the vans and tidied the garages.

Sunday 23rd April:
The weather has been nice but we had heavy rain overnight. We have been to Droopys Stud with brood bitches that are in season, tidied the website, done the paperwork, made boxes and beds and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Newcastle game. As we do the website Newcastle are leading 6-1. What a game. At the kennels its been a typical Sunday where we cooked, cleaned, fed and let hounds out of kennels. We also made more boxes and beds and made all the lists for the coming week.
