Saturday 16th June:
Finally the rain has arrived but there isnt much. We could do with a good drop as the rearing paddocks are like concrete. I've havent cut the grass on them so it stops the dogs running around as much. The plan today is to gallop, make boxes for mothers and pups.
I day tripped to England yesterday with hounds that were sold. I have never seen the ferries as quiet. Its very unusual for this time of year.
ON THE OPEN RACE SCENE IN THE UK WE HAD ONE WINNER LAST NIGHT OH ARMANI.
